Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any setup or activation fees?

No. We do not charge any such one time fees. If you run into any issues during EDI or AS2 communication setup, you can reach our support team over email and we will help you at no additional cost.

Are there any other monthly fees, such as fees based on the number of partners?

No. Our pricing is simple, and you will only pay what's listed on this pricing page, based on the volume of messages you exchange. You may exchange that volume over any number of trading partners, and there are no limits or additional fees for trading with multiple partners.

Is there a separate charge for AS2 communications?

No. Your EDIGenerator subscription includes the AS2 communications for the messages you send and receive through the EDIGenerator.

Are 997 Functional Acknowledgements counted as messages and charged?

No, 997 Functional Acknowledgements are not counted against your message count, and they are free to send and receive

Are 816 Organizational Relationships counted as messages and charged?

No, 816 Organizational Relationships messages are not counted against your message count, and they are free to receive

Can my account have multiple user logins?

Yes, you may create additional user accounts, with different roles. There are no additional charges for having multiple user accounts.
